Director of Client Services – Employee Benefits

An innovative Insurance Agency with offices in and around Central Texas is looking to hire an experienced Client Services Director to be responsible for the delivery, implementation and retention of Small & Large Client Accounts who have selected their agency for representation with Employee Benefits and Commercial Insurance. This position will be based out of the Austin office.

Core position requirements include:

• Extensive experience in the commercial Life & Health insurance field
• Background in underwriting and/or insurance carrier relations
• Demonstrated and proven experience working with upper management of various-sized companies in a variety of client service functions – business development, service delivery and account maintenance
• Proven success at Health insurance & Employee Benefits account retention
• Experience with surveying clients and improving upon insurance-related service delivery
