Office Manager
Our Client is a technology company headquartered in North Austin – near the Doman shopping area. The Office Manager position is a critical role in the organization because they’ll often be the first impression that a guest to our Offices receives. Because of their positive and process-driven mindset, our employees, visitors, prospective employees and vendors will remember them for their professionalism, preparedness and know-how. Key to this role is a commitment to perfection with regards to how our office operates and is maintained. Salary range is 24k-28k.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in putting efficient office management processes in place
• Proven experience in managing an office environment – including areas such as: vendor management, reception, mail/courier management, interview/meeting management
• Experience working as an Office Manager/Coordinator for a company of similar culture/size – technology/professional services with 100 EEs or less
• Strong ability to make a positive first and lasting impression
• Energetic and fun demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic
