LibreDigital is seeking a Contracts Administrator who will be directly responsible for establishing and maintaining all contracts for the entire organization. Using your extensive experience with contracts and company agreements, you will ensure all agreements meet the business’s requirements. Most importantly, you will tap into your proven track record of working with a variety of different and highly complex agreements to ensure that that the whole organization is aware of key aspects, deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
• Capture and acknowledge the existing processes and work with the CFO to forge an environment that promotes communication and delegation
• Establish and maintain a system for cataloging contract policies, procedures and processes for each agreement
• Systematize the company’s collection and storage of each legal agreement
• Establish and maintain contract policies, procedures, and processes for the following: Non-disclosure, OEM (resellers), End User, Partnership Agreements, and Sub-contracting
• Proactively identify potential contract pitfalls and be able to suggest workable solutions
• Work with outside council for general legal and contractual matters, as well as for intellectual property matters
• Work with sales and business development teams from proposal stage to final contract
• Prepare contract amendments, resolutions, and other changes to standard company agreements
• Ensure that contract preparation meets corporate legal, financial, and business requirements
• Summarize and communicate legal terms or changes to standard contracts to the finance, production and engineering departments

Requirements:
• 5+ years contract creation, review, and fulfillment in a highly organized environment
• Extensive working knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes
• Proven ability to summarize and communicate, in an intuitive and effective manner, highly complex agreements to all stakeholders across an organization
• Expert analysis and communication skills
