Lead Development Coordinator
A leading technology company headquartered in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Development Coordinator to be responsible for converting prospects to qualified opportunities within the sales process. The primary objective of this role is to maximize the efficiency & effectiveness of strategies & tactics that drive the sales funnel. This position will work in coordination with marketing and sales, tracking closely both the speed and the quality of lead conversion.

Responsibilities
• Identifying and cultivation of qualified engagements from an existing base of prospects
• Determine the intent and urgency of prospect with regards to the future purchase of products
• Ascertain end user brand awareness and preference
• Drive consistent monthly production of revenue opportunities
• Manage New Business Opportunity Escalation Process
• Produce and provide timely reports to management
• Demonstrate and represent tenacity and passion for job responsibilities
• Represent the company and its products and services with the highest levels of professionalism and commitment

Requirements Skills/Experience
• Strong desire for technology sales or marketing
• Minimum of 2 years telemarketing/prospecting experience, preferably within technology markets
• Skilled in open-ended questioning
• Track record of tenure (minimum 2 years or greater per company)
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
• High Energy
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage information within a database
• Able to learn new concepts quickly
• Bachelor’s or 4-year degree required
