Software Development Junior Technical Project Manager

LibreDigital is seeking a junior Technical Project Manager to work under the guidance of a Senior Technical Project Manager to assist in the successful delivery of key projects/programs. Major Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Technical Project Manager on technical projects/programs and implementations
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
• Assist in the delivery of on-time, high-quality, on-budget projects
• Creation of technical project plans
• Work with Software Dev and QA to build detailed project plans
• Deliver outstanding value to our customers
• Deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• 1+ years technical project management experience – preferably in a fast-paced, short release development cycle environment OR 1+ years in a technical role such as software dev, QA, or implementation.
• Demonstrated aptitude with potential to independently lead software development projects (software dev, software QA and/or implementations)
• Demonstrated history of successful relationships within a team environment
• Familiarity and interest in project management methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage scope, schedule, costs, communication, resources, quality and risk
• Familiarity and preferably experience in software development methodology (Agile or similar)
• Strong verbal and organizational skills
• Strong analysis, problem-solving and teamwork/leadership skills
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
