Technical Manager

LibreDigital is seeking a Technical Project Manager to be directly responsible for project coordination and management with emphasis on managing successful projects with both internal and external development partners and customers. Our fast-paced environment requires technical proficiency, organization, flexibility and an ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities:

Manage technical projects/programs and implementations
Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders
Drive on-time, high-quality, on-budget program deliveries
Deliver outstanding value to our customers
Deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:

5+ years technical project management experience – preferably in a fast-paced, short release development cycle environment
Demonstrated excellence in leading software development projects (software dev, software QA and/or implementations)
Demonstrated history of successful relationships with partners and customers
Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage scope, schedule, costs, communication, resources, quality and risk
Clear and proficient understanding of software development methodology (prefer Agile or similar)
Strong verbal and organizational skills
Superior analysis, problem-solving and teamwork/leadership skills
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Local Austin, TX candidate; authorized to work in the US
