A well-funded software startup is seeking applicants for a customer-service support role that will assist our Key Account Managers in managing the relationships with their -clients and coordinating successful outcomes for their clients’ initiatives. This non-customer facing role will work behind the scenes to make sure that communication, reporting and necessary tasks are completed to help the Key Account Managers be more successful in their support of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with others within the Services Organization.
• Support Key Account manager as they track and manage client issues, including projects at any stage of implementation.
• Evaluate and assist in development of product training documentation.
• Provide reporting as needed by the Key Account Manager for clients and other departments within LibreDigital

Requirements:

• Strong interest in publishing and digital content
• Strong experience in tracking issues and creating reports
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Team player who can work intelligently, independently and effectively while always prioritizing client satisfaction
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working strategically and tactically on a high performance team with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills required

Preferences:

• Liberal Arts background or Business Degree with specialty/interest in fields such as English or Journalism, Digital Production/Media
• Working knowledge in the publishing and/or Digital Asset Management Industry
• Previous client service or account management experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
