The Total Traffic Network Austin is looking for a producer to handle gathering traffic information for the Austin area along with being a back up as an on air reporter.
The position involves gathering information from local law enforcement agencies and the Texas Department of Transportation in regards to accidents and traffic tie ups in and around the Austin area, and entering the data into the system for on air broadcast. This person will also be asked to fill in as a reporter when needed. Candidates need to have 2-3 years experience in traffic producing and reporting and knowledge of the highway system in Austin is a plus.
