Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to work as Scrum Master under the guidance of the Director of Development to assist in the frequent, successful delivery of key product releases. Our fast-paced environment demands that the candidate be flexible, organized, a quick learner, good communicator, a champion for the team, and a leader.

Major Responsibilities:

• Serve a product development team as Scrum Master
• Spearhead communication with project stakeholders (Program Management, Operations, Product Management), minimizing team disruptions
• Oversee and update agile tracking systems to ensure transparency to stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of on-time, high-quality, on-budget projects
• Coordinate the priorities of multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating responsiveness to changing priorities while maintaining team productivity
• Proactively communicate schedule and scope changes within the team and outside of the team
• Deliver outstanding value to our customers
• Deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty

• 2+ years technical project management experience – strong preference for Scrum or other agile development process
• Demonstrated aptitude in leading software development projects, preferably in a product company
• Demonstrated history of successful relationships within a team environment
• Strong leadership, mediation and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with project management methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage scope, schedule, costs, communication, resources, quality and risk
• Strong verbal and organizational skills
• Strong analysis, problem-solving and teamwork skills
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
