Acquisition Sales Manager

• Build a solid outbound sales team that exceeds sales goals
• Encourage Acquisition Sales Consultants to prospect leads and close new business
• Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
• Evaluate and improve acquisition sales processes
• Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Provide coaching and training for all Acquisition Sales Consultants
• Work with HR to determine appropriate staffing levels
• Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and hire/term staff
• Manage performance & salary reviews, and develop employee coaching plans
• Resolve interpersonal issues within department and escalate if needed
• Schedule and lead department staff meetings, training and functions
• Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats
• Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of collateral
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years work experience in business-to-business environment Experience in an outbound, cold-calling sales environment Familiarity with sales process and selling methodology Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience reporting to senior management team Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times Strong work ethic – leading sales team by example Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Highly proficient computer skills (email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Work is performed in a fun, high energy, casual office environment.
