ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all areas of technical and professional recruiting.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining a quality candidate experience.
• Screening and interviewing applicants.
• Develop, implement and maintain staffing levels.
• Proactively identify top level technical/sales/marketing talent through aggressive sourcing.
• Identify/evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with Hiring Managers’ requirements.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define the positions and clearly understand needs of the team
and how it contributes to the organization.
• Outlines expectations for the process and selects the best qualified candidate for the position.
• Complete necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices”.
• Finds active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, social networking to find
top candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with active and passive candidates and continually reinforce the
company’s brand and culture in the recruiting strategy.
• Manages offer process and overcomes typical objections including salary, career growth,
counter offers and gains candidate’s commitment.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Technical recruiting a must
• Leadership qualities and proven track record
• Knowledgeable of employment laws and human resources
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office and expert internet knowledge.
• 3-5 years in a recruiter role

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a fun, casual office environment.
