Customer Experience Marketing Manager

LibreDigital is seeking an experienced, energetic, strategic thinking, results driven Customer Experience marketing manager who has a passion for the customer to create a user experience that results in high conversion, loyalty and referral. Working in close alignment with sales, product development, business development and product management, this position will lead our efforts to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve these goals.

The Marketing Manager Will Focus On
1. Strategy – Create and drive overall customer experience marketing strategies to deliver against business objectives: Build relationships and loyalty: Remarket; Achieve financial performance targets – drive direct revenues and achieve ROI goals. Deliver “best-in-class” email marketing – monitor, measure, analyze and enhance. Support all dimensions of Customer Experience with a strong emphasis on customer user experience.
2. Customer Loyalty & Retention- Retain and create loyal subscribers through personalized, relevant communications. Develop programs/tools/processes to retain and reactivate subscribers. Coordinate efforts with other direct marketing activities to drive overall loyalty, TCE, and customer retention. Optimize and improve customer profiles.
3. Email vendor management – Lead and manage email vendor/agency to better meet email needs. Drive vendor goals, objectives and plans to deliver against business needs. Oversee project plans, creative development and production schedules. Conduct quarterly reviews with partners.
4. Support- lead and manage community-powered support. Designing web-based community support. Work closely with customer support to create infrastructure for community-powered support.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• An ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• A high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• A deep understanding of direct marketing and how to develop and implement programs to engage customers and enhance their experience, to advance the sale of a product.
• Experience leading and managing community powered support, managing transactional emails and managing user experience from back-end to conversion.

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS, MBA a plus.
• Requires 5+ years work experience in online marketing, customer loyalty/experience and/or ecommerce.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer email marketing
• Strong understanding of direct marketing fundamentals
• Experience with e-commerce or web-based businesses
• Proven knowledge and skill in vendor/agency management
• History of using analytics to drive business results and make fact-based decisions
• Established ability to learn and contribute quickly
• Demonstrated creative problem solving
• Passion for the customer
• Experience with usability studies
• Experience with Google Analytics

• Experience with book and e-Book marketing
• Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, social network marketing,
• 7 or more years of experience in customer experience, direct marketing and/or customer loyalty.
• Experience with “Get Satisfaction”
