About the Role
Want to be part of the digital media revolution? Want to participate in changing the way people read/consume content? We are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced Customer/Technical Support Representative to provide technical customer support to our valued customers, both business and consumer.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist customers with subscription and billing inquiries, as well as transactions.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for websites, software and services

Required Skills and Experience:
• 2 or more years of customer support experience including website, web-based software and ecommerce support.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Light Programming skills in HTML
• Operating system support experience- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX
• Web browser support experience- Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari
• Handheld device knowledge a plus- Apple iPad, iPhone, Droid, Amazon Kindle, Sony Reader
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key business drivers and offer workable solutions.
• Self-starter with strong time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
