The Role: Recruiter
The Location: Austin, TX

HireBetter® is a national talent acquisition firm based in Austin that delivers the systems and expertise our clients need to confidently make great hiring decisions. We are currently searching for an experienced part-time (20-30 hours per week), Recruiter with a history of results. The Recruiter will split their time between the HireBetter® office in Austin (at least one day per week) and their home office. The Recruiter is responsible for reaching out to qualified leads to generate interest in open positions for our clients. Working directly in partnership with our Research team, the Recruiter will be responsible for converting identified leads into compelling candidates that our clients are excited about.
The ideal Recruiter has proven experience in recruiting and identifying top talent through different interview techniques and styles. They possess the ability to understand the intricacies of each client and their ideal candidate. The Recruiter can clearly articulate career opportunities to potential candidates and propel enthusiastic interest in those roles. They are committed to identifying the best and brightest candidates for our clients and delivering results.

Your Required Skills & Experience:
•You have two or more years experience in the talent identification and staffing industry
•You are comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment including heavy interaction with CRM/ATS Systems
•You have a strong technical aptitude and can easily work in a virtual environment
•You have an enthusiastic, yet professional, attitude with excellent relationship building skills
•You have the ability to make contact with potential candidates by telephone, uninterrupted, in different time zones
•You are an expert communicator and have a commanding telephone presence
•You have a pleasant and engaging style when speaking to candidates
•You have the ability to work from your fully networked home office with high-speed internet access and land line phones and our corporate office in Austin
