Integration/Certification Analyst

SecureNet Payment Systems is currently seeking a Integration / Certification Analyst to join our integration services team in Austin, TX. SecureNet Payment Systems is a growing company that has developed technology that makes accepting payments easy and safe regardless of where they originate with its robust, PCI-compliant proprietary payment platform. From traditional payment processing to electronic invoicing and eCommerce solutions, SecureNet makes payment processing effortless.
The Integration / Certification Analyst is part of a team that plays an integral role in the integration and validation of all systems connecting into the SecureNet environment. These include Point-of-Sale (POS) applications, gateways and middleware, and internal connections to the major credit card associations. This position works closely with the Development and Quality Assurance teams as part of the rollout process for new product features by finalizing documentation, assisting with training and acting in a Level II Support role. Weekly status reports on projects and deadline performance will be sent to the Integration Services Manager and Project Management team if necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all Gateway and Mobile Application Programming Interface (API) integration projects to the hosted environment
Responsible for the integration of software (Online Billing systems, Shopping carts, etc.), middleware and hardware;
Work with different card network associations and business partners for new product integration;
Collaborate with internal departments for new product release
Propose system improvement to the management and the development team;

Responsible for researching and certifying the integration and interoperability of terminal equipment to the SecureNet ecosystem
Responsible for the certification of all Third Party interfaces, including client and card association interfaces
Responsible for defining, delivering, and maintaining all certification scripts to be used by clients during the certification process
Responsible for running and documenting the results from all certification scripts required by the card associations

Responsible for converting documentation delivered from Development and QA into client-ready documentation, and maintaining documents when enhancements are released.
Lead the review of all department-related documentation and technical document specifications for internal and external publication.
Provide training to internal support teams on new integrations
Provide User Acceptance report specifications and testing;
Provide system analysis and documentation that includes detailed documentation of the system element functionality and the business rules behind the current system functionality;


Required Skills/Experience:
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
• 3+ years of hands-on technical integration and troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of XML and Web Services(SOAP and REST)
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders
• Limited Technical writing capabilities for systems documentation
• Strong ability in organizing and managing multiple projects, tasks and changing priorities
• Experience working independently under aggressive timelines

Desired Skills/Experience:
• Experience in the Payments Industry
• Experience in at least one of the following languages: Visual Basic/VBSCRIPT, C/C++/C#, Objective-C, Java, Javascript, Perl, PHP, Windows, UNIX, and Linux
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• General Database, Networking, and Systems concepts
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Sales Force
• Strong communication skills and drive for results
