Liaison Resources is looking for strong candidate for Enterprise Software Brand Manager to work on-site with our Fortune 500 client in Round Rock. This individual will play a leadership role in driving product positioning, promotional activity and long-term strategic direction for Enterprise hardware and solutions. This role is responsible for creating the positioning, messaging, collateral, online content and sales enablement materials for our portfolio of support services for enterprise hardware and solutions.

Key areas of focus will be:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns for 3rd party vendor sales initiatives;
- Create and maintain relationships between client and 3rd party vendors for Enterprise Software;
- Advise social media teams on responses for various tech-related websites/blogs on demand;
- Defining and communicating a strong value proposition for the enterprise business leveraging competitive advantages for both the branded and 3rd Party businesses;
- Driving best in class product positioning and offer development based on the specific needs of the enterprise customer;
- Provide sales with accurate, up to date tools to help drive the Enterprise business (product roadmaps, positioning recs, support of online sales tools, spiffs/contests etc);
- Build relationships with sales force (on floor and in field) that facilitate ability to influence and motivate;
- Supporting initiatives to improve customer experience by developing in-depth understanding of customer buying behavior and the overall buying process through direct customer interaction, market research, competitive benchmarking and sales engagement.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- This position requires the proven ability to excel and motivate others in cross-functional team environment, drive for results in often-ambiguous situations, and high energy and creativity.
- A marketing background, Server/Storage/Enterprise experience, past sales engagement and broad organizational agility are highly recommended;
- 5+ years of marketing or related experience required; MBA Preferred.

HARD SKILLS:
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications;
- SharePoint.

SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of the PC industry, specifically Enterprise (Server, storage, etc.) and new technologies;
- High-level presentation skills;
- Strong ability to motivate and achieve results through others;
- Organizational agility;
- Strong project management skills.

DETAILS: This is an ongoing opportunity to work directly for our client. Liaison is headhunting for this position and working with our client to select the best candidate for their open position.
