Liaison has an immediate, full-time opportunity for a mid-level social media professional to support our new client in the energy sector. Our client has been one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in Austin 9 years in a row and is consistently ranked as one of the top places to work in the city. We need our Social Media Community Manager to help create, build, develop, and expand our client’s growing social media presence and facilitate a community of peers and professionals in their marketplace.

If you’re a skilled social media professional who’s looking to build a social media presence from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. Primary responsibilities include:
- Development of a social media marketing strategy that improves awareness, engagement, and customer perception;
- Execute social media strategy across various forums in a manner consistent with marketing communication efforts;
- Measure and report on social media analytics;
- Manage social media presence including Twitter, Facebook, etc;
- Facilitate community engagement activities and quarterly operational meetings between stakeholders.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience with specific involvement in social media.

HARD SKILLS: – Experience with various social media tools, including management of online company presence;
- Experience creating and developing programs from the ground up.

SOFT SKILLS: – Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization;
- Experience in managing agency resources.

DETAILS: This is an ongoing opportunity to work directly with our client. Liaison is headhunting for this position and working with our client to select the best candidate for their open position.
