Product Line Manager for videoconferencing products with complete lifecycle management responsibilities including:
- Product Requirements – setting product requirements that exceed customer and market needs, maximize technical capabilities and meet business objectives. Must be able to take input from a wide variety of inputs (customer contacts, focus groups, technical team, sales, etc.) and distill information into prioritized, actionable requirements.
- Product Delivery – Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure quality product delivery that meets the product requirements. Set product positioning and transition strategies for the outbound marketing team. Will set pricing and distribution strategies for the product.
- Meeting business objectives – Ensure that responsible products meet business objectives in terms of units and profit contribution (forecast and actual).
- Set Product strategy – Full product ownership for product transitions from concept through EOL.
- Primary product line knowledge source for engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Provide product communication to a wide variety of disciplines, as well as customers.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field, marketing or business administration, MBA preferred, minimum of 10 years related experience
• Prior experience in high-tech product line management including all phases of the product lifecycle
• Solid track record of managing successful products in terms of meeting market needs and business objectives
• Essential technical expertise: audio/video technologies, internet communications, IP infrastructure, UC environments

Position Description:

Inpatient rehab hospital position within a dynamic interdisciplinary department serving orthopedic, neurologic, and general medical-surgical needs. Facility is a JCAHO accredited Center of Excellence and we have recently added a Progressive Orthopedic Program to serve the needs of postoperative orthopedic patients.

Occupational Therapists use purposeful, goal-oriented activity in assessing, evaluating, and/or treating persons whose function is impaired by physical illness or injury, emotional disorder, congenital or developmental disability, or the aging process, to achieve optimum functioning, to prevent disability, and to maintain health. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ progress during and following treatment.

Evaluation and treatment shall be initiated only by written prescription or confirmed verbal orders of a qualified physician. Therapists will interact with members of this department, as well as other hospital departments to provide for essential department operational tasks, including patient treatment and continuing education, infection control, and quality assurance. Occupational Therapists will maintain communication through documentation and verbal consultation with nursing staff and physicians to provide optimal patient care.

License/Certification:

Current licensure in Texas as an Occupational Therapist.
Certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Requirements:
