Job Description:
The Brand Coordinator works closely with each station’s Programming, Marketing and BrandManagement staff to ensure that our sites reflect station priorities while creating and programming other brand-appropriate content. The Brand Coordinator is ultimately responsible for audience growth, project management, scheduling and production of station content. The Brand Coordinator contributes ideas for online elements of terrestrial programs and works with station partners to create and maintain a long-term editorial and promotional calendar for each station’s site. The Brand Coordinator also helps define stations’ voices in the social media space and develops & executes social media strategies. You will be measured on your ability to proactively generate content that drives digital audience growth and meaningful activity with social networks. This position reports to the director of brand management and will be instrumental in the station’s digital audience growth & social network marketing plan. Brand Coordinator will work some on site station events and support the terrestrial side of radio stations through on site promotional events.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of three years in a content creation and/or production capacity
* Must have knowledge of FLASH, Photoshop & video editing programs
* Must be skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a working knowledge of Web publishing systems
• Strong background in the online space. Skills in advanced HTML and Flash a plus
• Aptitude in basic design programs, such as Photoshop
• Minimum three years experience producing content for the web
• Must be an idea factory, always coming up with new ways to keep content fresh
• Strong knowledge of country music and current events
• Good people skills and the desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be highly organized
• The ability to work quickly and shift gears quickly to capitalize on traffic opportunities
• Must be a self-starter who excels at working independently
• Experience working with social media, if not professionally than to a high degree personally

The Role: User Experience Designer

The Product UX/Designer will be responsible for defining the look and feel as well as the usability of the e-learning system. Understanding customer needs and using that knowledge to identify areas for improvement is critical. The challenges of evolving a highly complex existing product rather than building a new one from scratch should be appealing to you, rather than a source of frustration.

Responsibilities:

• Define the UX and recommend designs for the our e-learning system

• Translate business requirements into highly usable software requirements and interfaces with a particular focus on user experience

• Communicate with and work in an integrated Product and Engineering team to define experiential goals/requirements and then design, validate, and document compelling and innovative user experiences

• Work closely with Development and Test teams to ensure that application and UI implementations meet experiential goals

Requirements:

•Must have a strong portfolio of past work assignments available

•5+ years experience in defining UX for web-based high volume applications

•BA/BS or advanced degree preferred in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field or demonstrated comparable experience designing commercial software products

•Demonstrated current experience with designing B2B and B2C web-based products or web sites

•In depth knowledge of User Interface Design principles, Human Factors, User-Centered Design Processes, Interaction Design guidelines, Usability Testing Methodologies, web-industry standards and trends, platform standards, software development process, and prototyping/design

This position leads, coordinates and implements the design efforts for Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Work independently under the supervision of the Marketing Manager in cooperation with IT programmers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead interactive design efforts for Capital Metro, including web, IVR and other electronic communications.
• Work with staff IT programmers to implement the wireframe, GUI and functionality of the Capital Metro website.
• Assist in the development of project documents, timelines and goals that will lead to the successful launch of the new website in FY 2010.
• Oversee the development of high quality detailed UI specifications for complex projects, including flow diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes and final documentation.
• Work with visual designers to improve and refine visual design and consistency.
• Present design work to the marketing department, leadership teams and executives for review and feedback.
• Translate research findings and customer feedback into design improvements.

Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience can be substituted on a year for year basis up to four years.
• Six (6) years of interactive design/information architecture experience as a key member of a user experience team through the product development lifecycle of several successfully launched web, mobile, kiosk or desktop applications.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Advanced understanding of Information Architecture and User-Centered Design.
• Strong understanding of how typography, layout, color, images, interactivity, and motion impact design.
